Could You Spare Just 10 Minutes to Help Change a Family’s Life?
At me&dee, we know that not everyone has hours to spare. Life is busy. But what if we told you that just 10 minutes of your time could make a real difference to a family facing a life-threatening, life-shortening or terminal diagnosis?
Right now, we urgently need more volunteers to help us continue supporting families across the Midlands. Many people think volunteering means giving up weekends, standing in fields collecting money, or committing to regular shifts. It doesn’t.
Volunteering with me&dee can be as simple as:
Sharing one of our social media posts.
Introducing us to a local business.
Using your skills or professional contacts.
Spending just 10 minutes each week helping us reach more people.
Those small acts add up to something extraordinary. They help us create precious memories, reduce isolation, provide ongoing support, and ensure no family has to face their journey alone.
Join Us at Our Volunteer Evening
The evening is your opportunity to learn more about our new “10 Minutes Can Make a Difference” approach to volunteering. We’ll share the impact our volunteers have made, explain where we need support most, and show how even the smallest contribution can have a lasting effect.
Come along, meet the team, enjoy some food and discover how you could become part of something truly meaningful.

We don’t need hundreds of hours. We just need more people willing to give 10 minutes. Together, those 10 minutes can create a lifetime of memories for a family who needs them most.
